1880 Chapel of Our Lady of Lourdes was built byFr. Joseph Maria Braz de Souza.
Bishop Mervin officially declared this chapel
affiliated to Church of Our Lady of Assumption,
Kandivili, with Fr. Joseph Maria Braz de Souza as a
chaplain.
Msgr. Joseph Maria Braz de Souza expired. (R.I.P)
Fr. Justin D'Souza appointed as chaplain.
On 2nd July Our Lady of Lourdes was constituted as
a separate Parish with Fr. Justin as Parish Priest.

On June 6th inauguration of the New church by
Bishop Dr. Simon Pimenta, Fr. Octavian Dias appointed as
